Users can name clusters

• Allow users to rename clusters. Currently, they are named 0, 1, 2, etc. Allow users to rename them to something meaningful like "Rich customers", etc
• Allow users to add a description to the cluster
• Show the cluster name everywhere the cluster number is used. The description should form a tooltip
• Allow users to persist (i.e. save) the state of the filters, sorting, and row/column toggling
