Add a "Unhide all or clear all"l option on the Cluster page

User can hide multiple cluster and individual row data on the Cluster tab. In order to unhide the selection, we are forced to do this one row/ cluster at a time. We should provide a "Clear all or Unhide all" option for simplifying this action
