Feature tab should allow exploration

Allow dynamic sorting, filtering, and any other features that make it easier to make sense of the features of each cluster

• Allow users to pick any subset of clusters to compare. For example, I may want to just see how cluster 3 is different from cluster 5. This can be accomplished by allowing users to hide and show any cluster.
• Allow users to pick any subset of features to compare. For example, I may want to see how the Female % and Literacy % compares across all clusters. Allow users to hide / show any set of features
• Allow users to sort clusters based on the value of a feature. For example, order the clusters in descending order of Literacy %
