Merge basic mapviewer

• circleMarker zooms to bounds. marker should do the same
• Tooltip titles for marker and circleMarker to be implemented
• Use g1.scale
• attr: {color: 'red'} should be moved to options: {color: 'red'}
• Rename attr: to attrs:
• Add tooltips to show one or more columns
